InDevelopments Corp. will be carrying out the design, permitting and construction of a two-storey turnkey addition to the current Strathcona Neighbour Centre located in Edmonton, Alberta. The Neighbour Centre is located just off the east end of Whyte Avenue in the Strathcona community, acting as a more easily accessible resource for our community participants in south Edmonton.
The CGE Centre is located on the corner of 21st Street and 33rd Avenue SW in the community of Marda Loop. The brand new stand alone, two-storey development will include +/- 3,457 sq ft of lower-level retail space and +/- 4,038 sq ft of upper-level office space. The CGE Centre's ideal location provides excellent signage opportunities and high volume exposure to pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
