Brutal service, I see from other reviews they are always telling people "we want to fix" whatever the problem is, but I was essentially told to stuff it. Horrible to deal with, I imagine the reason they changed their name a while back was so they could run from their previous terrible reviews. If you value your property don't get these amateurs to do anything to it.

Hadland sharx out to do a weed control and fertilizer treatment. Within a week I had spots on my lawn. There were tire tracks from his quad that are also dead. Called to ask about this and sent pictures. "I will talk to my boss" she sad. No response after 3 weeks. Today I have a have dead lawn and sporadic green spots that are 1" higher. ugh. No recommendation from me.

I hired this company to do a spring cleanup and weekly yard maintenance. They have not once met their anticipated service date, and today charged me for a lawn service being completed when they have literally never once mowed my lawn. When I questioned it, they sent me a picture of my neighbour's lawn. My lawn looks horrendous and as nice as the girls in the office are, they're never able to actually provide solutions, they always have to "talk to their boss" who is conveniently never in the office. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have cancelled my contract with them and chosen

I have mixed feelings as I write this review. I hired this company to do a spring cleanup last year (hammerhead package) and they did an excellent job. They completed all the items listed on this package. I thought they did such a good job that I decided to hire them back to not only do my lawn, but also 2 more properties that I look after. This year was far from stellar. I want to note that the 3 properties are literally right next to each other, but they decided to schedule them on different days. Great company to deal with. I called them first time this year as my old landscaper was not doing a very good job and boy what a difference. I booked my spring services, they were prompt and on time to come and do their work and my yard is already starting to show the beauty of being greener than ever. I also like the fact that they will also do more than lawn mowing, I have not had my gutters cleaned for few years and they got so plugged with the junk there were actually a tree saplings growing in there.
