Mr. STUCCO is a very successful residential and commercial ceiling repair and interior painting business, and has been featured in magazines, including the Professional Painter Magazine, Spring 2004 edition. More recently, we've been guest contractors on Holmes on Homes. Jerry Minshull started the business as a two-man operation painting homes in the mid-1980s.
Mr. Stucco has a wide variety of experience at stucco or textured ceiling repairs. We have listed below several images of the kinds of ceilings we have repaired. Water damage repairs to ceilings from roof or bathroom leaks can cause many different types of damage. Fire damage and also home renovations can cause damage to your stucco ceiling.
It's always important that a repair look as seamless as possible. Ideally, it should be impossible for the naked eye to tell the difference between the original ceiling finish and the repaired section. At Mr. Stucco, that's our goal for every repair job we undertake. Here, you'll see pictures of work we've undertaken, both before the repair is done, and after it is completed.

Called about getting a quote for popcorn removal. Was extremely quick in responding to my voicemail and setting up a on site estimate for the next day. While we didn't end up going through with the project he was extremely helpful with working within our budget and seeing what was doable and realistic for us. I called around to a few other businesses for the same project and they all quoted me much more than Mr Stucco. I would definitely go back to Mr Stucco if we ever decide to go through with our project in the future.

Called for a ceiling issue and Rob came in to do measurements and provide an estimate. I was told I would be contacted by the "end of the week". This was late November 2021. It's now January 2022.
I left two voicemails for an estimate and still no answer. Very unprofessional and a waste of both of our times. Will contact businesses that care about potential customers.

We had sections of our basement ceiling cut away due to a flood from the main floor. After contacting a few companies we went with Mr Stucco. We were on a crunched timeline due to other trades that had to come in after the ceiling was repaired. Jerry accommodated us in short order. I've never seen a trade team work so effectively and efficiently. The end result is you can't tell where the old and new finish and start. They actually did a better job than the original builder. We are so glad we went with Jerry and his awesome team.

Dave did a great job with fine care of each work step and was pleasant and professional. He worked so hard and efficiently! He took the time to set up and prepare the area to keep everything contained and he did and left with a spotless finish! My ceiling looks better than when it was brand new! I am so pleased, and I would recommend you to anyone I know who needs help repairing their ceiling!

Mr Stucco recently completed some ceiling repairs in our home due to a water leak and stucco restoration to an angled ceiling in our home. We appreciated the responsiveness, professionalism, efficiency and courteousness of their crew. Initial contact via email was responded to right away and a date for an estimate was promptly given. We had enough information prior to the start of the job to prepare our home for the restoration and given a timeline for completion. Great work done by the team. We have an older house with some ugly repairs on a plaster ceiling and water damage in the kitchen. Everyone else suggested covering over the whole ceiling with either stucco or drywall but we wanted to preserve the original design by the builders.
Not only did they repair the damage but they restored the original look so that you can't even tell where they did work. Even the cracks that ran into the crown moulding have vanished. The crew was Fast, efficient and courteous. Can't say enough about how please we are with their work. Highly recommended.

Very reliable and professional service. We were very happy with the entire process! We had some large holes in our ceilings due to a leak and this company came to the rescue.

Had our kitchen ceiling patched, sanded and painted today. I am so thankful I called this company. I was impressed right from the start. Everything that was booked from the estimate to the final job was completed to my total satisfaction. I just had a textured ceiling and a plaster ornamental fascia repaired by Mr. Stucco. Joey was the plasterer which seems like the wrong word. His work was artistry. I cannot say enough positive about the beautiful result. The courtesy, professionalism, punctuality, and care with which this was done was truly remarkable. They swathed the area in drop clothes which kept the plaster dust to a minimum. The house was remarkably clean - and did I mention how beautiful the work was on this very unusual plaster ceiling and fascia from the 1890's? It's worth mentioning again. Not cheap
