I ordered a memorial stone for a friend and I have a few things to note:
A) for those environmentally aware friends, the packaging was ALL paper based which I really appreciate and made it easy to clean up, reuse and recycle
B) The customer service I received was top notch - I received a mock-up design which was sent to me for approval before proceeding with the engraving process.
C) The stone is breathtaking... Words cannot express how much it meant to me to gift this beautiful work of art to my very best friend. She was blown away and cried off an on she was so moved.
In summary, we are so

I can not say enough GOOD things about this company. When my order arrived, it was discovered that an error had occurred. I sent an e-mail and within MINUTES I received a call. There was no-blame game, just true business pride and top notch customer satisfaction/service. The company promised to re-do it at no charge and to have the replacement out to me within days. True to their word they did, and I am so VERY IMPRESSED!
The final product is amazing and will be cherished by our Coach for many years to come. The size, quality, and workmanship of the stone is frankly second to none.

The memorial stone finally arrived for our precious little dog that almost made it to her 15th birthday. Great quality, ………..delivery was slow but expected it to be a month. However, once it became almost 2 months, I called them and it just hadn’t been packed up and shipped out. The very nice gentleman on phone assured me that it would be out in the mail later that day, and I would receive a tracking number……..which I did. Best to call though. My email went unanswered. It was worth waiting for. Good job!

UPDATE: I have now received my money back, but no explanation nor apology. I will not be doing business with this company again.
This is not a good company to do business with. I went to them to engrave a grave marker for my mother and they have not delivered. They took my money for it, nearly $300 and have not since delivered the product. I have reached out via email, and phone numerous times, and their voicemail is full.
I have filed a BBB complaint against them, and will not be satisfied until full restitution has been made.

We just received our stone today, and it's even better in person. We were out of options financially when my mother passed unexpectedly from COVID on Canada Day. We called Stone Engraving Ontario and they helped us get a stone that complies with the bylaws of the cemetery. I can't thank you guys enough for taking the time to trim the stone to size and follow the strict cemetery guidelines. We know that things are moving slowly right now, but my family and I thank you for your urgency. Great quality, great price and nice people. We will be placing the stone this weekend and I can't thank you enough

I'd like to start by saying that we have received our order and are pleased with the product. This is in no way a reflection of the product, but in large a significant issue with the complete lack of communication regarding our order which ended up being too late.

I ordered this stone for a teacher retirement present and it turned out so beautiful! The customer service was excellent. They returned my calls right away and helped me decide what type of stone to get when I explained what I had in mind. I also had a custom logo put on the stone.
