While living in Calgary with his family, Paul Quinn obtained his Red Seal Journeyman Glazier certification and managed a successful branch of a national glass company. In 1987, the Quinns moved back home to Nova Scotia, and Paul put his business knowledge and hands-on approach to work for him.
Paul built Superior Glass from a one-person operation to a staff of eight very capable employees, us being the first to start apprenticeship training in the glazier trade in Nova Scotia.In 2016, Pat Grimbly received his Red Seal certification as the first journeyman glazier to graduate through the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency, and we are pleased to have a second-year apprentice on staff currently working towards his certification also.

Would highly recommend Superior Glass. They went above and beyond to answer the phone on Christmas Eve when my rear window was smashed, ordered the new glass that day, and installed it first thing in the morning on the first working day after the holidays. Their prices are reasonable and customer service was great!

I had three thermopanes replaced by Superior Glazing and they did a fantastic job and were highly professional and efficient. The work went smoothly and it was obvious they were craftsmen that took pride in their work. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone looking to have any residential glass work done.

I requested a quote on some material by email and received a response immediately. It was just a very small piece but they were not dismissive in the slightest, treating me like I was spending 10 grand. Excellent pricing, and they had it ready within a couple of hours and left a message. When I picked it up I was met with professional yet friendly service from competent people. Absolutely stellar service, superior if you will. Their team came out to run through some custom glass shower ideas for our newly renovated bathroom, provided us with their own personal recommendations and designs as well as listening to our thoughts on what we had in mind. Overall finished product was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. Very friendly and courteous group of workers that took a lot of pride in their work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Moved the car to clean the driveway after a recent snowstorm and everything was fine. Went to move the car back and the windshield had cracked from side to side. We haven't had to replace a windshield for quite a few years so we checked the internet and looked at various sites and reviews and settled on Superior since they have a lengthy business history, a great rating and advertised they also calibrate the windshield. They certainly live up to their name. Fast, friendly service and everything done to factory specs. We have no hesitation recommending them.

We had two windows in our kitchen that had 'fog issues'. Superior Glass replaced both windows. Service was friendly, fast and efficient. And after the work was done, they cleaned up their work space. And the windows look fantastic. They took time on their initial visit to measure the fittings to ensure that the replacement windows would look great and last. Highly recommend using Superior Glass.
