Beware. I sent a photo of our SubZero fridge filter and the product number to Pure Filters initially and was assured they could supply what we needed. I paid for 3 filters and waited weeks for an incorrect product to arrive with intermittent tracking assurances that the product would arrive shortly. The product didn't arrive, but three "How did we do?" email surveys arrived instead. We have made a few attempts to connect with "Customer Care" by phone and email and had a few apologetical lovely responses from a Donna, but no follow through. I finally sent the product back at my expense by UPS so

I use the swift green filter since last five years. I read some reviews that the OEM filter is not extravagant. I have some suggestions for them. A water filter flush at least one-gallon water before uses it, either it has some plastic taste. But an OEM already pre-flesh for saving time and cost. That's y it has natural water taste as it from the first glass of water. I always prefer swift green filter for its cost saving and easy installation. Really superb.

Bad filters. Bad Customer Service. The filters they sent [SGF-M9] were promised to replace their previous model [SGF-M09] I was using, but did not fit. They would not refund my money. They offered to have an engineer call me to see why the new model did not match the old model - but I never got the call. After I gave up, I found another brand that actually fits, works and costs much less. Nice packaging, tho.
