Arriving to Canada in the mid 60's Walter worked at several jobs until he found the perfect property in what was then South Dumphries. Opening his doors on Mother's Day 1970, Walter worked hard to grow quality plants for his adopted home. In 1996 the addition of a growing facility in Wilsonville, just 30 minutes south of the original garden centre allowed for more production and control of what we have to sell.

The quality of the plants is top notch and the variety is outstanding. Be prepared the pricing is reflected in that. I arrived mid morning morning and there was a line up of about 30 folks. It took about a half hour to finally get inside. The greenhouses are well organized, clean and beautiful, healthy plants. The check out was quick although a little painful on the wallet, cashier was very good. My first visit here and it was nice.
