The day started out horrible with all four tires very very low on air after sitting in the cold weather for two weeks. A1 towing arrived promptly when they indicated they would. Actually, it wasn’t even a tow truck…only one of their tow trucks has an air compressor, so the Owner loaded an air compressor into his personal vehicle and came to help me out!! It was Great customer service!!! Thank you so very much for making it a great day!! Highly recommend when you need a helping hand!

I contacted Ford's Roadside Assistance February 3rd and they dispatched A-1 to Fort Chipewyan for my vehicle. Yes, my community is remote and you travel up a winter road, it is very well maintained (trail wasn't cut yesterday) and we were experiencing extreme weather which is understandable but it let up awhile ago and then getting a run around… about when they will come. I spoke to Iqbal who told me they won't come get my vehicle because unless he has other vehicles to pick up. He even told me to contact 2 other customers who are waiting to get towed also (not sure if through Roadside)
