I bought two heat pumps from Acadia Refrigeration in 2013. They were quick with their initial assessment, and installation. Last year, one of the units inside was making loud noises. Still under warranty, I called on Dec. 14th. I was informed that Acadia Refrigeration does not make appointments to deal with issues like this. Instead, they put my name on a board, and any technician who has extra time at the end of the day will call and see if he can come do it. Not very convenient for people who have jobs. I waited one month, had not heard back. I called again, on Jan. 14th and was told I was still
