Services
The team at Neighbourhood Pet Clinic calls our canine and feline friends "furry family members" because they are just that to us, a part of the family, and we know that our clients feel the same way. We treat them like family when they are with us, whether they are here for an appointment with the veterinarian, the groomer, or they are staying with us for boarding.
Every year our team gives back to our community by volunteering with various groups, events and projects. Below is a list of some of the organizations that we are a part of; if you are interested in getting involved please contact us, we would be happy to connect you! Within minutes, even mild weather can become fatal to unattended pets.
Neighbourhood Pet Clinic's team of veterinary specialists are here to answer any question you may have regarding any of our veterinary services and offerings. We make every effort to accommodate our clients' requests. However, there may be circumstances that prevent a certain veterinary team member from being available during your pet's visit.

Our two companion animal clinics in London, Ontario are centred around the concepts of comfort and convenience and our efforts are guided by these principles.

We went for our cat's annual checkup and the interaction was pretty great. You pull into one of the designated parking spots where you check in from your car and a masked staff member comes out to collect your pet. The check-up is then completed via video call where you can see everything that is happening with your furry friend.
The staff here are great at making recommendations without pushing unnecessary and expensive services. The vet held our cat the entire visit to try and calm her rather than brute forcing the procedures to get things done quickly.

Everything was good until their technician failed to correctly charge me for my transaction. I thought I was paid up but then I got an email saying I owed them money. When I attempted to rectify the issue over the phone they told me they told me they would have the manager call me. Unfortunately that also hasn't happened. I really couldn't be more frustrated and I will have to find another vet. If I can't trust them to take their own money correctly when it's their invoice and their technician entering it, why would I trust them to look after my pet.

This place has really gone down hill since I started. They are completely unorganized and trying to get a response from a vet is like pulling teeth.
The only reason I am giving a 2 star is because when I visit they are usually great. It’s almost like once they get your money and you leave they have very little care.
Invoices don’t get emailed when they say they would, some of the vets dont care to respond to your emails, dr.Alec Martin has been the only vet to respond to my emails the other ones haven’t. The front desk is unorganized and don’t see your emails until 4 days later. Make

They are a fantastic group of Veterinarians and wonderful technicians. Staff are so amazing with our dog, they are very helpful, provide a very high level of care! We have gone to both locations for years. Our dog recently needed surgery and they did an outstanding job, they explained the procedure, medicines, risks, blood work, after care and follow up throughly. They genuinely deeply care and I feel so grateful they were there for us and got Odin well again! The office itself is a unique space, the waiting area looks like a park environment and it puts pets at ease. Our dog is actually excited

We always have a great experience bringing our cats to Neighbourhood Pet Clinic. It's affordable, the staff is knowledgeable and we always feel confident when we drop off our cats. We got our little one neutered yesterday and they just called to check in on how he is. Very happy with this clinic and we would definitely recommend to anyone else with a fur baby.

If I wrote down all my issues with this clinic I would have to write a novel! Stop over booking would be my first suggestion and put the animals needs and well being first! You would think as an animal hospital that would be your top priority. I will say that Luis the radiologist is absolutely amazing and he took the time to call even when he was busy. Thank you Luis❤️ Overall Very disappointed and will definitely let everyone I know to stay away!

We had our first visit with the clinic today. The staff was very helpful and informative. Due to Covid we were not allowed in the clinic, but once our puppy was in the building Dr. Julie Langeman called us and we had a great phone discussion. She made us feel at ease, listened, answered questions and provided recommendations for any other preventative options to keep our furry family member safe. I think this clinic is great and highly recommend Dr. Langeman and the team. We look forward to our next visit! 😊 🐶

I want to give a shot out to Neighbourhood Pet Clinic. I bought my boxer in, ( June ) she had a cough and we had an x-ray. It was a sad day because she had a mass. She was older so we believed we should take her home and love her until her last days. Amanda proceeded to give the best suggestions to care for Moka. Oct 20, 2020 we had to bring Moka… in because she was failing. After x-rays again the cancer had spread! Emily another Vet graciously helped us and made us feel completely welcome and understanding through our pain to put her down in a beautiful room made to feel more comfortable

Caring about clients and animals, reading before responding to clients, hire staff that wants to work there and seem to like people, and finally stop the blatant scams to get money. Booking appointments knowing it's to late to continue treatments and we would have to start again, also paying for said treatments again. If you notice they comp you the price of the mistake and thats it, they would give your dog shots for life if you allow them to and not say anything.

I absolutely was amazed by how professional and caring they are. With it being the first vet visit for my Molly (cat) who is very sensitive and does not get along with people besides me very well. I was anxious to bring her in and how she would handle the trip. I don't know if Dr. Amanda is a magician because my cat loved her. She was so… informative about all the questions I had and made sure not only my cat was comfortable the entire visit but I was as well (I can get emotional over my cat easily). I will be bringing her back in the future and every pet I own. After this visit I no longer

This is the worst clinic that I’ve ever experienced. Almost every visit something has gone wrong, I’ve complained and they tried to make it up but again fall. This time my schedule appointment was somehow erased from the computer. Last straw with me. And so many more things have gone wrong. Stay away from this place.
