We previously used another company for repairs on our garage door. This time we needed to replace our garage door opener when the original unit failed after 17 years. Aldens Shutters and Doors answered our call immediately and were very helpful over the phone. The service was arranged quickly and at a time that fit our schedule. Our service guy was friendly, knowledgable, and he went beyond the requirements of the service call and also helped us program a keypad and the garage door button in my car! I called Alden’s on Monday to repair an old and obstreperous garage door. On Tuesday, Duane arrived from Alden’s and fixed my doors beyond my expectations. He sized up the problems in no time and had them resolved in short order. His truck was a travelling stock of parts and tools. Duane is a skilled professional. He made my day! He offered me advice on how to keep everything working properly. I should have called Alden’s years ago. The cost of the service call was more than fair. A very satisfied and happy customer.
