We are a leading Canadian marine shipping company with headquarters in St. Catharines, Ontario. Algoma oves me severance pay for 5years service on the same vessel, they keep refusing to pay it,over all i have worked for them 15years, they lied about my sea time, but i still have discharge books that proove correct time i have worked for them ,people responsible for this are:Pat Clark who died recently ,Debra Goss, who knows my story,but refuses to help ,Barb Mcfaden who lied about the time ihave served,and the Human resources dep.l'am not giving up .
