According to the rules set out by our governing body; any appraisal report completed by our members is owned by the individual or organization for whom the member renders the professional service. Generally this is listed in the report as the "Intended User". This is regardless of who paid for the report.

Had the distinct displeasure of dealing with Bakerview. Not only are there consistent delays to actually get an appraiser to the house, but after someone finally came out we have yet to receive anything a month later. I have had to call to ask where our appraisal is, and have been told it is still waiting with their Senior appraiser "Steve." An appraisal should not take a month to complete. The delays, and lack of professionalism borderline negligence.
