I learned this year that all opticians are not created equal. Burnham Optical filled my prescription from my out-of-town eye doctor but I have needed to return to them multiple times because my complicated problem proved to be difficult to correct. I am so grateful that Burnham’s has never made me feel that I have overstayed my welcome. On the contrary, they have insisted that I should keep coming back until my new glasses work. I think we are nearly there and I can not thank them enough.

No call back when contact lenses were in even though I gave them my phone number. Was told they do direct billing. Insurance company would not let them process the claim. Costco is $30 cheaper for contact lenses. Save your time and money.
