While the unit itself was very nice, the customer service overall in having issues dealt with was poor. While they are readily accessible via phone, there is minimal follow up on issues so once you’ve arrived you’re pretty much on your own. The described amenities in the units on the website are not accurate with what is actually in the unit. Beautiful place, good stay, but would do more research before booking through them again.

If i could give a negative 10 stars i would. Amongst this world crisis and a travel bann as well as advisory of unnecessary travel this company is REFUSING to refund our $2500 for our stay!!!

This was my summer vacation spot. Before making a reservation, I asked hotels.com agent to contact the hotel to see if the whole amenity in the website is available, such as BBQ grill in the balcony, designated parking spot, trial kit, and others. the property confirmed it and I asked the agent from hotels.com to make a transaction with my credit card.
When I checked in, I got informed balcony was not in usable condition due to the construction, neither the BBQ grill. I wasted my whole grocery for BBQ. The worst thing happened on the following day morning, 6: 30 AM. a group of construction guys

We had a HORRIBLE stay at Equinox townhouses. At the time of reservations, Sales rep Stephane did not disclose or inform us about the condos balconies being Closed and not usable due to renovation. Nor did he tell us we did not have a BBQ. We had a group reservation and 3 of our friends had the same problem. Will not book with Sunstar or Rendez Vous Mont-Tremblant ever again.

I booked for the IRONMAN Triathlon weekend. This was the perfect spot. I was well-cared for with someone always picking up the phone and helping out. Careful of the steep hill on some of the properties if you're going to be racing :-). I recommend the upper units as opposed to the lower units if you like sunlight. Thank you Edith for making this race a success!!!
