Tom was amazing and efficient. He came over on very short notice on a long weekend to get measurements for our new home so we didn’t have to move in without coverage.
We called him two months later to replace the upper window coverings that had come standard and again he set realistic timelines and expectations.
Affordability was important to us and he was the best rate around.

I have used The Finishing Touch for window coverings in 4 of my homes now over the course of 20 years. I have always had outstanding customer service. Tom is very accommodating with schedules, helpful with his suggestions and advice and their products stand the test of time! I have never had one single issue with their products and will ALWAYS be a returning customer.

Tom at Finish Touch Window Coverings provides great service. He takes time to make sure you are happy with what you decide and the installation service is excellent too. They are good value blinds, we had received a quote which was three times the price from another company, for more expensive options but even taking that into account, Finishing Touch is way better value. One of the blinds had an issue at installation and Tom resloved very quickly without us even having to mention it.
