Most of the region's water supply comes from drilled wells, which contain a high level of minerals. These dissolved minerals like calcium and magnesium make the water "hard" to use and work with. Iron from well water can also cause yellow, brown, or rusty stains on water-using appliances and fabrics.

Services
Since 1984, Graham Water Systems has been solving water-quality problems for its customers in Kitchener-Waterloo and its surrounding regions. We have built a reputation by listening to our customers, understanding their needs, and giving them practical solutions for water softeners, water filters, reverse osmosis systems, and drinking water systems.
The purest and "softest water" is the vapour found in clouds. Then, falling as rain or snow, water flows over and seeps into the earth, absorbing calcium, magnesium, iron and chloride salts, as it make its way to our wells and reservoirs. This mineral content is what makes water "HARD". As water flows through a water softener, the calcium and magnesium are removed by an ion exchange process and its once again as "SOFT" as its original form.

Bob Graham is the best in the business! We had a water softener installed by Adrian's water softeners months ago. They installed the water lines in reverse. Resin beads starting gathering in my plumbing effecting the flow of our water. Adrian's wasn't decent enough to come back and fix their mistake. I asked around and the name I heard most often was Bob Graham. I called Bob and he came over the same day to assess the situation. The following week he came back and re-installed the pipes correctly and his fee was very reasonable. We're loving our soft water thanks to Bob a stand-up decent guy!
