You can drop off your dry cleaning at any Premier Cleaners locations and pick up at any location of your choice. We can also customised to your exact requirements by calling at your home and delivering to your office - or vice versa.
During dry cleaning garments are immersed in a liquid solvent; the absence of water is why the process is called 'dry' cleaning. Garments are assessed prior to being dry cleaning and pre-treated using appropriate solvents and techniques to remove stains. After this they are placed in a dry cleaning machine.

The service was fabulous! I thought my son’s suit was ruined. They explained to me that due to the nature of the stains, they would have to wash it and then dry clean it. They were very clear that the result was not guaranteed to be perfect. But it was perfect! All the stains came out and the suit looked brand new. I dropped it off mid morning and was able to pick it up later the same day.

Dry cleaning was ok a few times I did it there but both times I gave things for alterations, they were a week late and charged me ridiculously high price for it. Second time, I got my curtains back 1.5 week later after coming in 3 days on a row and them telling me they'll have it by the end of day. The curtains were different length as well. Owners should learn to respect their customers and read about providing good service. They seem like they don't care at all. Extremely poor customer service.

Great pricing but had to argue a promotion they had. After agreeing to honor their promotion they wanted to charge me more and pay up front withought having Reasoning "you're getting a big discount". I decided to go to Hillary's and ended up paying a bit more but was worth it for the professionalism. I did not have to pay up front and their promotions were great. I recommend Hillary's by far, you get what you pay for.

I used to be a client for a long time and was always satisfied by the quality of the service I received. This current owner was good at first but has lapsed over time. First it was clothes that had to be returned for cleaning. I kept going back because he had this deal of 6 pieces for 30$ . I found out today that he has added costs to the deal, specifically 1$ extra for pants lining. I walked away. Exceptions should be clearly advertised, in this case it was not. I was told that it is on the website. Regrettably that does not mean anything since the sign outside the door does not advertised exceptions

My response to the owners comment below on my review.
Me: Yes, i informed you when the coat was brought in that it was ripped due to a dog attack.
You: stated that you could fix it. You did not mention that it would be puckered. I should have been informed of that up front and then i could have made my decision on whether or not to proceed. Or, your qualified seamstress should have recognized this and let you know. As I attempted to tell you, I would have understood if you said it couldn't be repaired properly.
Me: I have an agreement with the dog owner re:bill/cost of jacket.
