The staff were able to get me in on very short notice. Their hours are great - open evenings and Saturday/Sunday. My two cats just loved Dr. Rochelle and she was so very gentle with them. Dr. Rochelle explained every procedure thoroughly to me and was very transparent with pricing. Even after that, the final bill was much less than I was expecting. She genuinely cared for my animals and me. After looking for emergent issues, she came up with a plan for treatment for my cat to try to determine what is going on. The staff provided choices on prescription food suitable for any budget and need - plus

My kitten Sady and I were pleased with our first visit to the St. Norbert animal hospital. The doctors were caring and professional, the doctors showed me the same passion they have and share for every animal they meet, ....Even if not every animal felt the same way about doctors haha, they still do there best.
It's been a week since Sady has gone for her surgery, truth be told I was scared prior to the whole putting her under fore the last episode of "saving wild animals didn't turn out well due too a lion whom didn't wake up without a struggle which played over and over in my head leading up

At first we were very happy with st norbert vet but when it came to habe our dog fixed they were over 200 more than 3 other vets we called. We then went in spring to get our dogs tick and heartworm meds, they refused to give them to us saying he was not on them the year before which he was and even bought from st norbert but they somehow had no record of it even when I had my credit card statement they saod they couldn't prove it was for the pills. They then wanted us to pay to get tests done before they would issue his tick and heartworm treatment. Called another vet they issues it no problem

“Due to covid” was refused care for my animal. (Nail trimming). (We don’t have covid) They say they have too many people buying dogs and cats because of covid, so they aren’t servicing existing clients. You didn’t just lose a nail trimming today, you lost future checkups, vaccines and everything else for several animals. Great business model.

Sabrina is a four year old tortoiseshell domestic short hair cat. She is active and healthy and I took her to St Norbert Animal Hospital for her rabies shot. The appointment took place promptly, my pet was treated kindly (she was quite the skittish kitten) and I was asked if I had any questions or concerns. Since there was nothing further to be done, I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes, with a sense that Sabrina has been well taken care of. I highly recommend them!

I have been going here since I got my first dog and have received great service and care. Staff and veterinarians are friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. They provide after visit follow-ups and e-mail correspondence to answer any questions and concerns I may have.

My puppy loves going to see the friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff at St Norbert. Appointments are easy to make. Good use of technology for reminders. Follow up for appointment to see how puppy is doing. Neuter surgery was top notch. Check ups and same day appointments for urgent needs. Just excellent. Would not consider going anywhere else!

The institute and the staff are really nice and helpful. However, the vet that was assigned to me didn’t seem to know much about dogs. Not only did he not know how to hold a 7 week old puppy down, he also was extremely vague in answering my questions. As a new pet owner, a vet is someone I would hope to get answers from but the guy didn’t even tell me anything about feeding him, potty training him or him nibbling on stuff. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but I got unlucky with the vet I had.

I was very happy with the care my cat received from the veterinarian as well as the staff. Very clean and well kept office. Just one issue where I paid for some medicine for my cat but they forgot to give it to me. But overall I was very happy with the experience.

I required a stool test for my dog in this clinic, the vet said she got an infection in her stomach. Therefore I got 20 days antibiotics for my dog. After 20 days' treatment, my dog even getting worse, I brought her to another clinic, the vet said she got a parasitic infection, after she took the deworming tablet, she looks way better! When I called back to the st Norbert clinic, their staff was patient and friendly. HOWEVER, the manager was very arrogant! She said their vet did nothing wrong! She is really professional! She didn't misdiagnosed your dog, it happened just because you didn't bring

I recently brought home 5 kittens from my dads farm and wanted to get a check up and deworming done before finding good homes for them all. I contacted St Norbert Vet and asked if they could see them and what price they would charge me for the visit. After checking with the vet ( female) I was told that they would charge me 35 dollars per kitten… which was a rescue rate. I really appreciated the discount as I was not keeping them but wanted to make sure they were healthy. When I arrived, I did not get to see the female vet.. instead saw Dr Braha. Not sure why? He proceeded to look at the

I brought my dog in because he was losing use of his back legs along with some other issues. the vet ran a lot of tests and told us we poisoning him with rat poison. absolutely not. he wouldn't give another solution other than poison. he put our dog on meds and then wanted to run more tests.... when he went downhill again he wanted to run the… same test again to prove I was giving him rat poison. he didn't check the breathing issues I brought up. he didn't check the massive lumps that were growing and obstructing his airways. he was just set that I was poisoning him and kept running the

I moved back to Winnipeg a year ago and I did some shopping around for a new vet. Well, the search is over because Dr. Naherniak and the whole team at St. Norbert Animal Hospital are amazing. My geriatric pug… required weekly check ups for a period of about 8 weeks for 2 different health conditions. We were always greeted by friendly staff who went above and beyond. For instance, my dog has very few teeth so he can't eat crunchy treats. So now the staff pre-soak some treats before we get there so that they're soft when we arrive. How sweet is that?! I feel that Dr. Naherniak genuinely has
