I am really disappointed with my experience with Rhino's Lighting and Sound. I had originally booked them for my wedding and put a deposit down. Due to COVID we unfortunately had to cancel and they were the only vendor that refused to refund us. They offered to reschedule within two years, however we did not end having an event that required their services. My family is now out hundreds of dollars for a service we did not receive. During these uncertain times I highly recommend choosing a different DJ company as many other companies have offered full refunds for COVID cancelled weddings.

Darcy was absolutely amazing. He worked with us through two postponements and made sure we had everything we needed for our big day. They helped us with the music at our ceremony and kim and Sara kept our dance floor busy and handled all requests that came at them. I highly recommend their team for any upcoming events you might have.

DJ Rhino was great to deal with! Kim was very helpful with keeping us on schedule as well as making sure our music for everything was perfect. Darcy, the owner was also very helpful leading up to the wedding with any questions I had. Overall it was a great experience having them DJ our wedding!

We hired Rhinos for our wedding on July 27th, 2019 and we are so thankful we did. Prior to the wedding Darcy was quick to reply to any questions I had and would send me the updated quote almost instantly. Even when I realized we forgot about a cordless mic the night before and I emailed them at 10:30pm, and I was quick to get a reply back, that it was included in my package.
