Reflective Physical Therapy is a physiotherapy clinic dedicated to treating mobility difficulties due to an injury, illness or medical condition. We're located in Drayton Valley, Alberta. Cathy Janke began her career when she graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy after completing a Bachelors of Biological Science with Distinction.
She has worked in multiple private practice clinics where whole body treatment was lacking. Inspired by clinics that focused on individuals as a whole, she created Reflective Physical Therapy Inc. On her journey she has completed her acupuncture certification, orthopedic manual therapy and multiple pelvic health certifications.

Services
Many Albertans have an illness, injury or condition which makes movement difficult and impacts activities of day living (ADL's), which include working, participating in hobbies or activities. Physiotherapists are highly trained experts on how your body moves and what stops it from moving. They use a hands-on approach to help restore, maintain or improve physical function, mobility and movement.
Pelvic Health Physiotherapists are registered physiotherapists who have specialized training in the treatment of the pelvic health dysfunction. Like physiotherapists in other settings, our goal is to assist our clients in resuming their daily or nightly activities as quickly as possible. Our ultimate goal being the ability to help decrease the impact that their pelvic health is having on their lives.
