Services
Shaper Sheet Metal uses progressive techniques and state-of-the-art machinery to meet our customers' needs for custom sheet metal projects. Designing and building custom ducting systems is only half of our work. The rest of the time we use our computer-driven plasma cutter to design and cut anything from machine parts to fancy decorative pieces.
Residential and Commercial building owners may not realize how much a new, energy-efficient furnace could impact yearly heating bills. Innovations in technology have meant new gas furnaces are up to 95 percent efficient, compared to an average 50 - 70 percent efficiency rate for most furnaces manufactured over 25 years ago.
As a licensed Lennox Dealer we are able to install the highest quality, most efficient furnaces and filtration equipment available on the market today. The new Lennox G71P furnace is light years ahead of the competition. This furnace can anticipate the amount of heat required, then ramp the gas valve up to meet the need, using just the right amount of gas to heat the building.

I'm new to the whole wood furnace thing the furnace I have is from the late 1970s and has a blower fan attached to it. The blower fan is damaged so I went and talked to Jackie at at shaper sheet metal in Vanderhoof. She was able to find me a used replacement as well as providing excellent customer service she also was able to inform me about my furnace and about the process should it ever need replacing. She was very very helpful
