This is my first season working for Snow Squad and its been excellent so far.
Accommodating, helpful, a constant level of calm and collectedness from Mitch that I cant even process sometimes, strong motivation and really good teamwork from the other operators.
Its been a pleasure so far working for Snow Squad as an employee, and seeing how satisfied some of you look when you watch from your windows is pretty neat too.

I recently contacted Snow Squad to take care of a snowbank that the city plow had made at the end of my driveway. They responded very quickly and took care of the matter. I am so very impressed with the service from Snow Squad. I have a gravel driveway and they took the time to prep n pack it for the season. Even tho we have had little snow so far they keep my driveway in great shape. They are always there when they say they will be. I am busy and it is awesome not having to worry about snow. Thank you!

This is a fantastic company to work with. I have multiple properties and they are prompt, thorough and careful around driveways, trees, retaining walls, vehicles etc. They do a second clean-up pass on snowy days after the city gets around to cleaning the streets. They are rolling out new technology for customer notifications using text, voice call or email (customer choice) to allow customers (tenants) a chance to move vehicles out of the driveway when they are on the way. My tenants and I have already received text notifications as part of their system-wide test. This company rocks!

I want to say thank you to snow squad for the excellent service in snow removal of snow in my driveway. It is the best that I have ever had, no need for me to go and finish cleaning the driveway like before,no more rocks on my lawn that have to swept up in the spring. If there was ever an issue it was fixed immediately. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I would recommend them if you are looking for someone to clean your property in the coming winter give them a call

First serious snowfall of the season on Saturday and they are still nowhere to be found on Monday. Every house on our street that has Snow Squad markers has a driveway full of snow but their competition has been out cleaning up. My Neighbor cleared my driveway for me because he’s a great Neighbor. This is my first time using a snow removal service and possibly my last or maybe I just need to go elsewhere.

Expect to be waiting a day or 2 to get your driveway done . had a horrible year with snow squad last year . maybe they will take pride this year and do half quality not that complicated . if your cars parked in the driveway and you get out to move it operator usually tells you he doesn't have time to wait drops the blower and does a pass on his way out. jackpot

Thank you so much for the great snow blowing service last year. Despite large snowfalls my driveway was wells. Leaned. At one point I needed to leave for work within a few hours after a large snowfall I contacted the company by email and they ensured my driveway was cleared so that I could get out of the driveway. Completely recommend this company.
