A few shingles were missing from the roof and A1 came highly recommended by a few neighbours. I dealt with Clayton who was professional, pleasant and spoke with knowledge and passion about his work. I wasn't sure if I needed to do the repair or seriously consider re-roofing my home. I did not feel any pressure in making a quick decision. He fixed the roof based on the agreed-upon amount.

I had my roof done by A1 Roofing in 2011 & I must say that after 8 years of Ottawa weather, the roof looks great and is still as solid as the day they laid it. On March 21/19, I noticed a couple stains on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. I called Clayton (A-1 owner) who promptly came to investigate at which time he discovered some damage, incurred quite possibly by raccoons. I was really happy that he was able to repair it right then on the spot. He was also very helpful in giving some great advise and information on roofing. Very pleasant person to deal with and very knowledgeable

With all the heavy rain we had lately our roof in our entrance way leaked again. Our roof is only 14 years old so we wanted to find someone to repair or replace it. We checked on the Better Business Bureau website and decided to call A-1 Professional Roofing for an estimate. After inspecting our roof and diagnosing our problem he explained that our shingles were in excellent shape and he could easily fix the problem with the flashing.
