I've been referring Paquette & Travers for 15 years to my real estate clients and will continue to do so. Don recently reviewed a status certificate for me, and I am so grateful for his diligence and attention to detail. He identified a potential funding issue, so we looked into it further and did not proceed with the purchase. Turns out, that condo recently had a $58,000 special assessment to unit owners! How could Paquette Travers improve?
They will never grow their business with low ethic standard insisted on teaming with Realtor brokerage/Sale Agent even after 44 years, standing with dishonest, bias judgement.
Buyer/Seller are your clients who pay money to your services. If you don't work with client for their values, don't take their case, that is 1 thousand bucks only.
Mr. Donald Travers, Bryan Mayes , you get my money loss from the trust account. Reaching Law Society of Ontario to file complaints against this kind of subpar.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this firm especially for new home buyers.
First, the law clerk that was organizing my documents, Tracy always seemed frazzled and over worked whenever we communicated. Although she knew this was my first purchase, she continued to talk to me like I had as much knowledge as she did which was frustrating. It made… organizing the transaction very stressful.
