I have worked with different travel agencies before and in my opinion Advanced Travel is among the best travel agencies in Greater Vancouver Area. Tina is so responsive and helpful and she always try to find the best available fare for her customers. I stuck in airport overseas and I called her late night after her business office hours over the weekend, then she called me back quickly and fixed my problem. She is so helpful and professional. I always recommend Advanced Travel to my friends and family.

One of the worst agencies in town. No response to the client as long as you pay for your trip they leave you because it already has their commotions. Never try these unresponsive people. Due to covid 19, all my trips got cancel and I call them to refund my money they did nothing and no answer me. Thank god my Visa card has insurance. At that time whenever I called them no good response and I did not get any any any help.
Regarding their price, I found a better price in other agencies. Don’t lose your time and money! Customer service is the worst.

I have been their customers for over 7 years. Every single time I want to buy tickets, I have received exceptional and quality customer service from them. Mrs Tina Khodaei the owner is really professional and knowledgeable. She is super helpful and supportive. She always tries her best to find you the best tickets at a very reasonable price.They are always available to answer your calls and emails.I highly recommend them.

I really enjoy booking my flights to iran with Advanced Travel. Tina and Sam are really great individuals who care about your ticket, saving money, layovers in regards to your ticket , dealing with emergency issue's and getting back refunds. I know this because i have missed tickets and connecting flights and Advanced Travel looked after it for me. They communicate with other airline's on your behalf so you dont have to deal with the stress. I have been depending on Tina for all of my tickets. I appreciate the services i get from the company and would 100% recommend it to my friends and family

Just called the agency and spoke with a gentleman about booking a vacation for me and my family. He asked for our full names and date of births up front which seemed odd to (I only wanted tto get a quote). After giving me the the quote, he casually mentioned that he had reserved the flights for us!!!! Without getting my consent. Truly unprofessional.
