Shelly herself is outstandingly helpful, accommodating, professional, tolerant, and hard working. She does not waste time. She frequently helped me to reschedule appointments due to bus issues, and often didn’t charge me for the missed appointments. This is definitely a good dependable local business, for electrolysis treatments. That said, there are some points of consideration: Shelly only takes cash and does not offer invoices. She also does not have a waiting room. When you arrive for treatment, you knock on her door (or use a wireless doorbell, if it’s present). I found these oddities

I found the place very clean, thought she was very nice until I realised she had burnt me. Sent her an email in regards to my concerns, she still has not responded back to me. I am now left with nickel size scars up my legs.!
