It was first developed in the United States in 1875 and later modified in France. A professional and skilled electrologist inserts a fine probe alongside the hair in the follicle. Then a small amount of electrical current or heat is applied to destroy the hair papilla (root) so each hair can then be easily removed.

Shelly herself is outstandingly helpful, accommodating, professional, tolerant, and hard working. She does not waste time. She frequently helped me to reschedule appointments due to bus issues, and often didn’t charge me for the missed appointments. This is definitely a good dependable local business, for electrolysis treatments. That said, there are some points of consideration: Shelly only takes cash and does not offer invoices. She also does not have a waiting room. When you arrive for treatment, you knock on her door (or use a wireless doorbell, if it’s present). I found these oddities

I have been a client for several years now, and I find Shelly to be professional as well as her studio. I feel very comfortable getting the treatments as she is experienced and takes the time to be attentive to her customers. I have had laser treatments on a few different areas and love the results.
