The Personal Coach was established in 2002, with our coaches coming from various backgrounds including IIROC, MFDA, the insurance world, marketing and branding. Each coach has 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Our focus is on your agenda, goals and vision and our extraordinary team take a collaborative approach by pulling in the expertise of one another.
Our role as coaches is to continually assess, advise, and inspire you and your business to achieve a more prosperous and gratifying outcome. Our members have decades of experience, are deeply involved in the financial world, and have deliberately merged to form a commanding team of coaches who have the formulas, hands-on talent and resources to help advisors develop an exemplary businesses.
The coaches at The Personal Coach have been pleased to speak at many conferences, workshops, and organizations both in-person and virtually. I thought it was great to put advisors with their peers. The DiSC training with Kim Poulin and her colleagues was an excellent experience for our Communications team.
