I will never spend a penny of mine at this place. They ask employees to have a degree and 5 years experience and then offer them $14 an hour. That is absolutely disgusting. Seriously this is predatory and awful. Pay your employees properly and maybe you will not have such a problem with employee retention. Then you also won't have customers who will never set foot in your store again. I seriously wonder how out of touch this place must be to expect a degree and 5 years experience for $14 an hour. Good things to choose from and they’re customer service was prompt at replying with orders and concerns/questions. I was dissatisfied with their approach to product guarantee. Specifically, I order two items for lumbar support that are considered personal items and therefore “final sale.” I understand the reason for this policy, but if your selling something that is complete junk or defective this shouldn’t apply. To give an example based on where this policy originated, a bathing suit is final sale, but if falls to pieces on its first use…….

They carry a wide variety of healthy lifestyle and natural products including high quality supplements, kitchen supplies, dry foods, mattresses, shoes, essential oils, tooth/hair/nail and face products and more. This is my go-to place for supplements and other natural staples in my life.

We have a small business in Ontario and when COVID19 became front and centre we, like many other businesses, struggled to see our way through it. Trying to obtain air purifiers necessary to re-open became incredibly challenging as several Ontario options turned out to be useless and misleading. I was a faithful purchaser of Aviva while lived in Wpg. Have since moved to Calgary there are lots of health stores but non compare to Aviva in help wise health wise or price wise. It is the best informed staff, the cleanest store well stacked, you feel you made a good choice just walking in the door. Save most of my purchases for when I visit Winnipeg. I am 73 and want to stay in good health Aviva has given me excellent advice good products and a overall feel good feeling.

I did a lot of research before purchasing the Aviva Advantage water filter. It is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I love it! I really like that it filters out fluoride, lead, arsenic, chlorine, etc. but leaves the minerals in the water unlike reverse osmosis systems that have the bulky storage tanks. Nathan is very helpful and knowledgeable about water filter systems. He has developed a top-notch filtration system.
