Like many couples we were faced with a number of hiccups in our wedding plans due to COVID-19. Everyone at BobHawkins.com made the whole process easier. After two postponements we finally had our special day in mid November and their DJ did an amazing job.

Bob’s services were included in our venue’s wedding package. As part of the package he was a good value. However, there were a few hiccups throughout the night - the song for the father-daughter dance restarted part way through, the song for the mother-groom dance ended early as well as not “feeling” the vibe of the night and just letting the dance floor die off. He was very nice to deal with and was very responsive in emails throughout the whole process. He also has an extensive catalog of songs to be able to pick and choose from.

We hired Bob Hawkins for our wedding at the Madison Greenhouse Event Venue. We would not be more grateful for this team as they were extremely easy to work with - highly professional, responsive and kind. Robert was flexible with our changing plans and made sure to accommodate our needs. Our DJ was phenomenal and really brought everyone together. His energy and positivity were well received by our guests throughout the entire night. We could not be happier with this team and would definitely recommend them for your next event!

I am so happy I went with this company for our wedding! The DJ was a big part of our night with excellent music and song mixing, he really played to the crowd and kept us dancing all night long! He was super friendly and listed the the bride & groom with their wishes throughout the night.
Bob Hawkins is very easy to communicate with via email - Rob replies very quickly and insures that you can book an appointment if you feel necessary prior to your event.

Not a good experience on our wedding day with this business at all. We booked about 3 months out, I was assured we had lots of time to work with them and I trusted them seeing how they were a legit company not just a freelancer or hobbyist (although now I regret not hiring someone local and small scale).
The DJ sent on our wedding day arrived 10 minutes prior to the ceremony, asked the bride where to set up, and delayed the ceremony by 10 extra minutes. Didn't follow the specific song request and was delayed on playing our departure song - we were at the end of the aisle and already past our guests

We had a fantastic experience using BobHawkins DJ service for our wedding. Robert was our DJ and from the time our guests arrived until the party ended, he kept the guests entertained and the dance floor fun! I had a really great experience working with Bob Hawkins DJ Service for our wedding. The team is very responsive to their emails and work hard to ensure every song request you have they can accommodate. All of our important songs were played, and the dance floor was consistently filled with dancers! They really know how to get the crowd going and keep them up there. We coordinated the event through an easy and resourceful questionnaire to let the DJ know our styles and preferences for music, and they followed it perfectly! Song after song was just perfect! Unprepared, unreliable, & unprofessional.
My husband and I used Bob Hawkins services for our wedding ceremony & reception. I asked a dear friend to sing me down the aisle. Instead of a very emotional moment waking down the aisle listening to my friend sing and while walking toward my soon-to-be husband... I walked down the aisle in silence. The DJ did not adequately prepare for our ceremony, resulting in the music and microphone cutting out while I was still near the top of a very long aisle. I didn't have much choice except to continue moving forward in silence.
