At Busy Bee Cleaners, each garment is individually evaluated to determine the safest and most effective method of cleaning. For many high-end and delicate items, drycleaning is the best option to clean and restore them. However - depending on the type of stain, and the material your clothing is made out of - wetcleaning and handwashing are both excellent solutions.
We have been professional members of the International Drycleaning & Laundry Institute for over 20 years. Many of our key employees have completed technical certificates and educational programs offered by DLI. We are endorsed by the Association of Bridal Consultants, which brings together wedding professionals from across North America & the world.
We ensure the longevity of your gown with patented anti-sugar stain treatment, which eliminates hidden sugar, salt, and acid stains. These stains dry "clear", and "yellow" over time. Our anti-sugar stain treatment, featured in Modern Bride, ensures that all stains (seen or unseen) are removed. Personal inspection is available post cleaning - We want you to be completely satisfied before your gown is boxed for long-term storage.

AVOID DOWN COAT CLEANING HERE!!!!!
My down coat which was only 1.5 yrs old was taken here to be cleaned as a down coat. The manager Wendy was rushing my wife and I the morning we dropped our coats off. She didn't even give us a receipt at first. My wife Insisted we get one. The cleaning showed for 2 regular coats. We were assured this wasn't an issue...despite having an extra charge on their website for down.
The down is now bunched up in the arms, the lower half of the body. LARRY the owner is saying it's not them, it's sportchek who made a poor coat.

Won my business for life. Their complimentary delivery and pickup was very handy! Dry cleaning a jumpsuit and one of my scarves only cost me around $38 and they even gave me a door hook for my clothes! I love businesses who pay a lot of attention to detail. Called prior to check if they were experienced in sherpa material, which I was rest assured they were. Brought in my king size blanket
duvet and pillow cases the next day. Took 2.5 days to clean, no big deal right. However, upon receiving my items back....after a whopping 78$ charge for 2 blankets and 2 pillow cases, they still have hair, which ok, sherpa tends to grab them sometimes. However, my blankets were not only covered in tons of lint embedded in the blanket (some not the same color, obviously from someone else's garment) but now I have freys and strands sticking out, on top of the sherpa

Amazing service, communicated with Wendy in advance my need to have a suit dry cleaned by Monday morning before a graduation after arriving on a Saturday, they assured me it would be ready at 9AM Monday morning. Grad morning came and suit was ready 15 minutes early and I was able to make the ceremony on time! Very fair pricing and great service, highly recommend this place!!

П Busy Bee is totally worth my drive from the valley (a 90km round trip), as each time I've visited I feel appreciated & the results have been top notch. The girls are so pleasant & seem to enjoy being there interacting with folks coming in the door 😎 It's definitely a refreshing change from most places these days, regardless of what type of business one happens to be in throughout the course of any given day. So much so, upon subsequent visits, I felt it'd be well deserved to stop life & post a high recommendation for both their promised results & their people 👍

Not recommended. We had a year old (used 1 winter season) canada goose jacket cleaned, when we got it we found a significant rip on right cuff. When we inquired they said it was a normal wear and tear even all other part of jacket was in mint condition. We were advised that we should contact the manufacturing company.
We sent our jacket in good condition and received it back with damage but it is not busybee cleaners fault as their explaination is that they dont have equipment that damage items. I have no knowledge on what equipment they use in cleaning but all I know is we sent an item to be

I had a limited time frame for getting my wedding veil cleaned. I met with Wendy and she was very helpful. She made and met her commitment for having my veil ready by a certain time.. They brightened the veil very well considering the time crunch they were in. This was my first time there and i felt they genuinely cared about me and they did an awesome job cleaning it!

I would like to say a big thank you to Wendy. Not only did she salvage my daughters veil two weeks before her big day but the care in doing so will never be forgotten. Would highly recommend.
