I went to see Stewart, Dwayne and Kevin to have them inspect a used Subaru Crosstrek that I was interested in buying from a dealership. The Carfax indicated that there was a collision involved with the vehicle and I wanted to see how significant the damage was. The three of them did a thorough inspection of the vehicle bumper to bumper and they did not find any major problems with the vehicle. They were so keen with the inspection that they noticed that the car had been painted on the right side and noticed tape markings left behind from the paint job. Horrible customer service. Duane does not care about new customers. I went into the shop with some questions for mods, and Duane said yea yea dont worry just email me pictures, Il find it and let you know the cost. Never left a deposit. Two months later, yes two months, after countless phone calls and emails to Duane, I gave up and took my business elsewhere. Then all of a sudden Duane starts calling and emailing me saying he needs more pictures from the emails and that some of the parts he ordered in. All of a sudden I have to go pick up my parts and pay for something we never agreed on. The guy

I've waited to give my review based on a few details. I had my engine rebuilt by canjam along with a few other upgrades. I had the turbo upgraded, downpipe and exhaust upsized, the clutch upgraded and the engine rebuilt with forged pistons and rods. After the upgrades I had few minor issues, one of them was resolved and the other was not. The one that was not, was related to my automatic car starter that worked fine before the upgrades and rebuild. After the rebuild the automatic starter would not work in colder weather! This is a minor issue compared to the 2 big issues I have had since. Keep

I had to replace my engine on my 2005 Impreza. I shopped around and while I was doing so, I found Can-Jam. I gave them a call, they quoted me a really reasonable price and we're pretty friendly with me over the phone. I drove to the shop to meet with them in person and as I pulled in, all I saw parked on their property, were Subaru's. Looking at that, I felt more releived to know that Can-Jam was a true Subaru shop. I walked in and the staff there were firendly and explained every little question I had, with detail. They are true experts at what they do. If you need anything done to your Subaru

This facility is best suited for the uneducated and ultra wealthy who do not check pricing on the projects they want done. CanJam will be happy to charge you over retail on Subaru OEM parts. They also have terrible customer service because they do not answer phones, email or get back to you as promised. I suggest looking at other Subaru specialty shops in the area who will be happy to treat the customer correctly.

Amazing service! The guys here KNOW their Subaru's! Very friendly, treated me right, and set up my STi exactly as I wanted it! After a terrible alignment at another shop that cost me 2 seconds per lap at Mosport, Can Jam got the car working great again! And the attention to detail is phenomenal - they noticed things that other shops never picked up on. Definitely recommend Can-Jam Motorsports.

Best Subaru performance shop hands down! When I was at Mosport one day with my mildly tuned STI I suffered major brake fade. I had no tools or brake fluid to bleed my brakes and I went up to the can jam trailer and asked for help. They graciously gave me the tools ands one brake fluid and the know how to get the job done. A few months later I was ready to take my car to the next level. Called and spoke to Duane, the owner about my build and it turns out he was the one the helped me at the track. I was pricing other shops and it turns out Can Jam had the most experience, the best customer service
