My reach-in fridge wasn’t keeping the proper temp so I contacted John for assistance as he has helped me before. After a few glitches the issue was discovered. Barrett who did the service call was awesome, he had the new part here the next day and installed! He even helped me out with a non related maintenance issue.

I called to have my Wall LG AC unit fixed after cleaning it, they guy was sarcastic and said "Let me guess you have left over parts" is that because I am a women or is he always that unprofessional. He said he would research my unit and send out the correct guys. Two guys show up, look like they just rolled out of bed, the senior guy looked at the unit and said "I have no idea how to fix it" I asked if there were other guys that could come out! He said we are the only guys. Would not recommend this company.
