Plastics Injection Molding is a means of producing a custom engineered plastic part using melted resins. Injection molding at Drader offers volume capabilities with minimal variance in final parts, and customization of materials or colours during production and can accommodate unique shapes and thicknesses.
Drader Manufacturing provides complete Part Design and Mold support for both Injection molded parts with high tolerances, and thermoforming for high volume 'soft' plastic parts. When nothing off-the-shelf fits your application, Drader provides the engineering resources to perfect and refine your product design for production.
Thermoforming and Vacuum Forming are ideal for volume production of lightweight plastic parts. These technologies are often used when producing high volume, low cost parts that are disposable or of limited re-use. Our customers turn to Drader for Thermoformed and Vacuum Formed plastic products. Thermoforming and Vacuum Forming is an alternative to Injection Molding and you can custom make plastic parts in small orders at a fair price.
