We are an established clinical psychology practice in Waterloo, Ontario, that is well connected with other professionals, organizations, and schools within the community. Our practice is staffed by psychologists, psychological associates, and psychometrists, each of whom offers a unique contribution in the delivery of psychological services.

We have provided psychological services in Kitchener-Waterloo and the surrounding region for over 25 years. Our training allows us to provide two primary services: assessment and treatment. Assessment focuses on understanding the underlying factors that lead to problems. Understanding these factors allows us to design effective treatments that will help to resolve problems.

We have had 2 assessments done at this clinic; a psychoeducational assessment for my daughter, and a psychological assessment for myself.
As an adult, it is very hard to find psychologists with an understanding of autism and how it presents differently in people who aren't male. Dr. Heimpel was my assessor and I found her very knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommended.
