MyHydroEye was developed by Whitecap to allow residential and commercial hydro customers to monitor their power usage online so that they can improve energy efficiency. MyHydroEye Residential is an online portal that allows residential hydro customers to monitor their electricity usage online so that they can take advantage of off-peak periods.
Whitecap supports and adopts either Agile or traditional Waterfall, depending on the client & project. We generally structure our custom software projects into iterative phases, with each iteration consisting of stages as illustrated. Agile principles are all about being collaborative, flexible and adaptive.

I retired from Whitecap Canada after eight and a half years as the VP of Sales and Business Development.
