Our motel is easy to access from the major highways, and is located at the corner of Prospect and Regent Streets. We are also about 12 kms west of the Fredericton International Airport.
We are on a hilltop overlooking the beautiful City of Stately Elms along the largest river in the Picture Province of New Brunswick. We offer a central place from which you can go to the theatres, shopping, touring, sporting activities or attend meetings. Services
Travelling west-bound from Moncton, PEI, or Nova Scotia on Trans Canada Hwy #2, take Exit 294, go 10 km to the first set of lights. Turn left and we are the first driveway on the left. Traveling east-bound from Quebec, Ontario, or Maine on the Trans Canada Hwy #2, take Exit 280 for 6 km, take Exit 6A and at the second set of lights turn left.

This was the worst hotel ever! My sister and brother in law stayed here last night. When they arrived, there was someone's dirty clothes left on the chair, and the bathroom was sorry with hair all over the sink and shower. This morning they woke up to find OLD BLOOD STAINS on the blankets! Manager didn't even have the decency to come in and apologize! They are gladly staying somewhere else now!

I literally left this hotel. The room looked nothing like the online pictures, the woman at the front desk was not pleasant to deal with and cost vs quality was skewed for cost.
My partner and I were supposed to stay for two nights while we moved to town and waited to receive our furniture. Initially when booking we were told we could have a king bed. When I called back to add the second night, we weren't able to get a king bed due to the fact we would have our cats with us. It was disappointing, but we understood. I downloaded Yelp! Just to review this place. Keep in mind I am giving in a 5 star Motel rating vs. a 5 star Hotel rating.
Another reviewer said they wouldn't take a bath here. I would advise you all to NEVER bathe in any motel or hotel for reasons we won't get into-
The room smelled SLIGHTLY, but it is an older building and understandable, as it probably used to be smoking.
That being said: This is the NICEST place I have stayed for the price- probably anywhere ever. I stay in a lot of hotels/motels, ALL the staff were super friendly and nice. There is a good burger/beer bar attached

I just got appalling, terrible service over the phone from this place. I was asked if I was a local from the front desk. Not having a reason to believe this was an issue I said yes. He said that it doesn't matter if I was a paying customer that's their policy. He hung up when asked for an explanation.
I know many locals that need a quick break from a home away from home. To me this was a bad way to treat someone. I hope that others do not get treated with this disrespect. we are not talki g about a 5 star hotel here. It has and always will be a mere 2 star

Rated four stars based on a "Motel" scale. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean but tub had wear and tear, I would not want to have a bath in this tub. Water takes a long time to warm up for showers and hand washing. Staff very kind and accommodating. Great location. Standard continental breakfast but the restaurant room is very bright with lots of windows, which I liked. Good price. Decent for a short term stay.
