I've been a customer here for years. Today I called in to let this business know I would be 10 minutes late for an appointment. They told me that sorry, I would have to reschedule for January. Since it's November you can imagine I was a little upset.
There have been MANY times when I have shown up on time for appointments and been made to wait half an hour before the appointment starts. So it's OK for the dental office to be late 30 minutes but I can't be 10 minutes late?
It's fair to say that I will be looking elsewhere to take my family for dental work . Maybe they will appreciate the business

I would like to say how simply amazing Dr. Jason Ottercein and dental assistant Pauline are!
I went to Whitehorse Dental yesterday evening for a check up at 4 p.m. Right from the start they were super welcoming! I told Dr. Ottercein I was having major pains on the left side of my mouth. He discovered a possible infection that needed a root canal. I told him my horrific experience with my last clinic and how awful the dentist treated me. He totally understood and made me feel 100% comfortable, doing everything he could to do so, extra numbing amoung other things! They both stayed over 3 hours past
