As a Heritage Credit Union member, you can expect a wide range of banking services that match your individual lifestyle. Which lets you access your Chequing and Savings Accounts through our and thousands of ATMs around the world. You can also purchase goods and services from retailers who display the Interac(R) symbol with direct payment.
These accounts combine chequing/savings features with a tiered interest rate based on the daily balance. Interest is paid monthly. Monthly statement with cheque images returned (optional). Masterplan Platinum: The perfect account for the member who does all their banking at Heritage Credit Union. Monthly service charge is waived with a minimum monthly balance maintained.
We recognize that people want access to their money when it is convenient for them, not just when a branch is open, so we're pleased to provide a variety of services that allow you to access your money when you can invest that money from your own computer. Usually i have no problems with this credit union. I always call to check my account balance because my online banking doesnt work. Usually when i call whoever picks up can tell me right away my account balance. However, this time I got transferred not once but 3 times to different people to find out my balance, for them all not to answer their extension. Truely was not helpful as i have limited time to call in the first place and i never got to find out my balance. I dont blame the receptionist but it was annoying playing the game of calling 5 times! First two times no answer at all and them the
