Spence joined Kreston GTA as a partner in 2004. I've been working with Kreston since 2017, and unfortunately the quality of their service has dropped drastically over the past few years. Over 4 years, I've worked with 3 different accountants, and it seems like they've devolved into a disorganized mess.
For 2020, I've had my taxes returned to me for being incomplete, and I've repeatedly emailed Jim looking for answers, but he continues to ignore my messages. I submitted my paperwork on time, but here we are in November and I still haven't received my tax return (or a returned phone call or email as to why).
