Curtis and his whole crew are by far one of the best bunch that I've done business with in Kelowna. They did a huge detail on both my pickup and my wife's Jeep. The Jeep looks brand new and everyone thinks I just bought my pickup almost 2 months after he detailed it. Pretty cool, seeing as how it's a 1 ton work truck! Happy to know that people like this still exist. Kudos to all of you at Brite'n Up, and I'm glad I took the opportunity to Smart'n Up and get these vehicles cleaned professionally. Took my car there as they were recommended from my dealership to take care of a mouse problem. There was an awful smell for months the dealership wasn't able to get rid of. Curtis and his team out did themselves with their service. They got rid of the stink, detailed the whole vehicle and also added screens so the mice cant get back into my car. My car feels literally brand new again. I would not hesitate to recommend them or return for a clean again. Thanks guys so much for your excellent service!

I had a noisy fan. Thought it was the fan motor and went to the dealer to have it fixed. Turned out there was a rodent's nest in there - and the dealer wasn't interested in helping with that. Curtis at Brite'n Up specializes in rodent remediation. His business is auto detailing, and it's booming! I had to wait a bit before he could do my clean-up, but once he had my car, he got it sorted out quickly, communicated at every step and the charge was incredibly reasonable. 5 stars! (And he's a very nice guy!)

100% Recommend. These guys are amazing. I spilt a large coffee all over my GF's brand new CX-3 front seats and center console. Nightmare, let me tell you. I took it in for Curtis to have a look and could instantly tell that not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but passionate about his work and genuinely felt for me. He reassured me they had this and not to worry. When I got the car back, I was beyond surprised at how amazing a job they did. Seriously thanks Curtis, you're a relationship saver for sure. Hahaha.

I came to Curtis with some of the worst looking seats, in his opinion he had ever seen. Curtis and his crew did an exceptional job, with a fair price.
The seats in my vehicle looked brand new after the job was done.
Curtis was extremely flexible with getting my vehicle back to me in a timely manner, he had also given me a ride home while the job was being done.
