As our company has expanded, so have our product lines, as we currently offer top brands like John Deere, Toro(R), STIHL(R), Husqvarna(R), Tohatsu and many others. In 1982, the business was passed to current owner Tom Halsall, who continues to spend his days helping customers find equipment suitable to their needs.

I have visited Ajac's multiple times through the years for purchases, repairs and advice. When we first bought a house we purchased a grass trimmer and years later we purchased a refurbished gas mower. On both occasions we were greeted pleasantly and helped quickly. The amount of information we were given on the products was overwhelming. The salesman, Rob, who helped us clearly understands the equipment he sells. He ran us through how the machines worked and pointed out all the safety concerns. He even ran through the regular maintenance and how to fix any common problems. The shop seemed busy

Ajacs recently helped me pick a new small generator for my new RV. Rob took the time to show me how to use it properly and safely. When I had questions he made sure I understood in layman's terms, which I greatly appreciated. I have been dealing with Ajacs and Rob for years, they always go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

Rob helped me with my purchase of our log splitter. He went over the use and features of the splitter in great detail. He did not assume that it would only be my husband using the splitter and made sure that I felt comfortable with how to use it safely. We have had several wonderful experiences at Ajac's and will not be going anywhere else! Highly recommend them!

Asking a friend about a chainsaw in Victoria, he shared his knowledge but then said that I should call Ajac's, in Nanaimo, for more questions. They were able to help me out at my level and I've been really happy with the unit.
Now, two months later, I needed a generator and even after calling around to a couple of stores, Ajac's got my business again. They had better service, knowledge, and a good selection in stock.

I had a very positive experience with Ajac's.
When I ran my mower into my well cover, I damaged the blade and needed to get a replacement. Rob was very prompt in responding to my email. He replaced the damaged blade with a new one very quickly, and even did a check-up on my mower and cleaned up the air filter a bit. The whole thing cost me just $60!
I am very pleased with the fast, friendly, and effective service I received and I strongly recommend Ajac's to anyone who needs help with lawnmowers or any other gardening and farming equipment.
