It’s almost -35 outside and my car has been shipped to Toronto. But mans gotta eat right?
Amidst all this, our local Edmonton Halal grocery store Alif Halalmeat (Alif Halal Meat and Groceries) came through.… They shopped and delivered these groceries to my doorstep, which is 30 mins away from their store. They charged 0 in delivery fee as well.
Amazing to see Bangladeshi businesses like this go above and beyond. It’s a proud feeling.

It’s been a year I am shopping in Alif Halal meat with 100% satisfaction.I strongly recommend Alif Halal meat.Today I bought whole chicken, duck and beef with bone from Alif Halal meat. Chicken, duck and beef was #1 premium quality. And I also love their customer service. Really very good customer service.

This happened in more than one occasions that we went here to buy a "whole chicken" and the chicken wasn't in fact whole. sometimes it's short of a drumstick or a drumette and sometimes its short of some other… piece of the chicken. Regardless of having it weighed and then putting a price on it, the expectations of buying a "entire chicken" is not always met. After being surprised with the same situation today; when we called to let them know of the fact, instead of apologizing for providing wrong or incomplete product, they defended themselves quite strongly. maybe Alif should work harder
