I’d sooner have a blind person appraise my home. This company does not have a true understanding of the market. I would not recommend ever paying money to have this establishment appraise your home.
UPDATE - despite the owner’s self-given 5 star review, please note that he HAS appraised my former home. We had a terrible experience with this company and we still recommend that you seek professionals whom have a firm understanding of the housing market.
