So, I came in to a branch at Burnhamthorpe and Central Parkway in Mississauga around 730 and the supposed Manager of the branch tried telling me that it was too late to apply even though the branch said it closes at 8. She made up a story that sounded very sketchy but I still asked to proceed. The end result was that I was offered the lowest amount possible in addition to her telling me to wait as she helped someone else. This was clearly discrimination and the employee not wanting to do her job. I don't know what caliber of people they require to hire at these establishments but it was obvious

Horrible customer service. I asked for a pay day loan and the first thing this girl asks is, "Do you work?" No, I'm just walking into an establishment asking for money in hopes that I'll be able to pay back in lint. After answering "yes", and going through an entire loan process, I was conveniently denied and not told a reason why. It was a complete waste of time. I believe they are discriminatory, because I certainly do qualify. Avoid. Go elsewhere like Money Mart.

So, recently I got a letter from this establishment offering me a discount on services because they "noticed I have not been using their services lately" or something along those lines. Right away, I ripped up the paper including the coupon they sent, because I will NEVER, EVER, give this establishment my business again. Maybe if the last time I was there they showed me more respect and didnt make me feel like I was a criminal or something, I'd come back. Keep walking right past this store, its an EPIC FAIL.

Stopped by here on a Friday night to pick up a money transfer that a friend sent me via Western Union. Noticing it's small size and it's close proximity to other vendors with a similar buisness (e.g. Money Mart, Cash Money) I decided to give them a try. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE! I was waiting nearly an hour to get the money and the young girl who was assigned there didn't know what she was doing. Another customer came in to cash her check, and the young girl disappeared. We called her several times through the thick glass (we could hear her but not see her) I went across the street
