I've really wanted to like this place due to the high ratings. I thought maybe I just needed to try the right dish. I've had their pizza, pasta, lasagna, dessert, Philly Cheese steak, garlic bread etc over a few visits divided over the years, both in person and through doordash/ubereats and at both locations. None of it has been good. Either sub par or just downright disappointing. On this last occasion I paid about $16 for a box of just pasta. There was barely any chicken or veggies in it, maybe 4-5 tiny pieces of each in a large. I don't know if this is a recent thing to cut back on costs and

This place is amazing! I am from New York and since moving to Toronto two years ago, have been looking for a pizza place that's on par. I found it here. The pizza was incredibly delicious. We also got two pasta dishes, chicken alfredo and bolognese.. Both also, amazing. Really looking forward to returning here-- Kudos to the couple who worked so hard to build this place. Great customer service!

Ordered the lasagna - it was bad. Watery unappetizing sauce, bland, hard/chewy cheese. Had to add a variety of condiments on my own to make it bearable. The ingredients also didn't seem fresh. For $14, I didn't really see value for money. Don't know why anyone would recommend this place for lasagna at least.

Got order wrong! I ordered 2 large and they sent me 3 medium with a note- we made a mistake do we are compensating you with another medium with 1/2 1/2 of what you ordered!
duh! That doesn't add up to 2 large! They got the 3 dip sauces and the selection of pop wrong too plus they were late and pizza was not even warm!

The owner was amazing!! He was so friendly, kind and makes amazing food! Love their poutine, the pastas, and their lasagnes 😍🤤 besttttt authentic Italian traditional pastas and lasagnes. The flavours blend and fill your mouth with the satisfying, mouth watering gooodness. I was 100% satisfied, content and happpy. No exaggeration. Give it a go!

Went here last night with my family. It's a nice and cozy place to dine in or take out. The various Italian pasta and pizza selections were mouth watering, fresh, and super filling. The staff are very friendly and make sure you don't leave without a big smile on your face. Highly recommend this place.

What a terrible experience. Phoned and was told we could only order online. We did and spent almost $50 on two pizzas and a salad. It was 30 minutes late, we got it cold, the wrong order, and the “Caesar” salad tasted like lettuce with mayonnaise. We have also been trying to call them for an hour with an automated message every single time that says they have no mailbox set up.

The best halal pizza in GTA. We had the walk in special with just chicken and green peppers and it was better than multiple topping pizza from other halal places. Really great. The crust was crunchy, the cheese was plentiful and the chicken was in generous portion.
The biggest surprise was the hot dog. It was just amazing. The bun was amazing, the hot dog topping were really awesome. Overall amazing cor 2.99.
The last thing we tried was the pasta. It was really delicious the sauce was very good and the pastry and chicken well cooked
Highly recommend this place for all halal lovers.

Ordered takeout with Ritual....
So we decided to try local pizzerias instead of the big franchises/chains to help local small businesses. We found this pizzeria in the neighbourhood and decided to give them a try. I ordered on Ritual to place order for 2 pizzas: Hawaiian and Supreme. We picked it up and when we got it home, pizza was still piping hot. For the Hawaiian pizza, we decided to go with original crust and Supreme we went with thin crust. Both pizzas tasted great and neither of them felt heavy after. And both are loaded with toppings. I'll revisit this place again.

I was very surprised, with the food, it was, very good & the prices were very reasonable. We enjoyed the Chicken Risotto, which was served, " piping hot ", & a caprese salad. they offer take out & delivery throught, different companies, Uber eats, etc. clean place & friendly, management. we saw a lot of take out orders go out the door, while we enjoyed our, meal.. Pizza La Rosa, is located a couple of blocks from where we live, we will be back again, for the convenience of, take out....

Firstly, may Allah swt increase their rizq, reward, and gratitude ameen thumma ameen. It was my first time coming here and everything was so good that I wanted to write a review right away but I couldn't decide if I should finish eating or write the review. I have ordered from here twice on Skip The Dishes. The first time we got the garden salad, some pasta and a pizza.
The garden salad was really overdressed and personally, I did not like the dressing. The pasta was average. But pizza! The pizza was the only reason I ordered from here again.
Their pizza is delicious! Their sauce is flavourful, their cheese is real cheese not plastic like some places give you. Their crust though is amazing! It is crunchy, tasty and soft all at the same time. Just delicious.

One of the best Halal spot for Italian food. It satisfies my craving for Lasagne. The portion was reasonable and tasted very good. They got so many varieties of pasta and pizzas. Not to mention the buns too. The owner was kind and soft spoken. He knows how to treat and win customers.
Overall it's a happy experience but I have concern for seating. It's a bit small and you wouldn't find spacious seating. Chairs are kind of very old as well as tables.
It's the owner choice though. If you plan to visit with kids you better take out than dining in.

Unbelievably I forgot how great this pizza really is!!!!
The only bad thing is.....it has to be finished!!!! Then what? The price is so reasonable if you pick it up, GET 2!!!!! Pick up 3 pm to 10pm buy 1 get 1 at 50% off....
