Large room, nice wifi, fridge, micro, tub, 2 beds, separate table and 2 chairs (handy for downloading photos to the computers!). We have stayed at the Fireweed several times, as we make our every-two-year trip up to Alaska, catching the ferry in Prince Rupert. I found the Fireweed online and people seemed happy.

I keep going back to this one because the beds are so comfortable and the price is reasonable. It is wheelchair friendly! They have family suites too !

The definition of (beauty comes from within) & (don't judge a book by its cover) inside of rooms are very clean and nice looking. Pet friendly and lots of restaurants close by.

I was there 2 nights ago and I hope I could have stayed longer. Jessica, the lady on the front desk, was super kind, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed. I will go back soon!

Very quite rooms. Clean and Covid protocols are followed.
Nice stay. On the go breakfast is appreciated, but sadly there is none.

5 stars for a ‘2 star motel.’ Friendly staff, clean room, quiet, excellent water pressure, table and chairs so we can bring food back to eat, all the cable channels, safe parking right out front. It’s our 2nd time staying here and it did not disappoint!

Spent a night on our way home from an 8 day camping trip so was just looking for a clean room where we could shower and rest before getting back on the road. Room was very clean and had a little kitchen which we didn't use. Staff was nice and helpful and the price was great. Would stay there again if we were passing through Smithers.

I thought this was a great place to stay, very clean and comfortable. The room had a large bed, table with chairs, small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The clerk was very helpful and accomidating as I was traveling with a medium sized dog and a 26 foot U-Haul that needed to be plugged into electricity.

Better, cleaner and more comfortable than many drive-up motels. However, it is a drive-up motel. Some rooms allow pets, make sure you request appropriately.

This place was a pleasant surprise. If you are bringing your family I would recommend staying in their suite. It is large and completely renovated. The appliances are new and there is plenty of room. We had 3 adults and 2 children in our group. We were hesitant when we drove up but don't let the exterior deter you. When we saw our room we knew it was the perfect place to say. The staff was friendly and accommodating as well. We will definitely stay here again.
