1/5. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Yes, all is good and well and pleasant during initial contact, quotes and measurements and installation until leaks occur, then no response, no less than 20 emails and phone… calls and emails , always messages had to be left. They are always so busy and have to “fit” you in, but it doesn’t happen. There are major flaws in their product, but they are not willing to acknowledge this. There are major flaws in theInstallation as it was not done correctly, missing caulking, out of line installation, and eavestrough that does not slope the correct

I wish I were one of the customers that could say they did a great job on their website, but cannot. I had a poor installation, have been back numerous times over the two years since the install. All I get is we're going to come and have a look, they never show up. I would not recommend this outfit. To bad, nice product, very poor installation by them.

They installed a sunroom back in January. Since then we have found some issues that have not been addressed by them and they are very difficult to reach. We had a leak in the roof that seems to have finally been fixed, the door was installed backwards and caulking around windows was not done properly and other caulking was sloppy. One of the screens does not fit properly. I would not recommend them.
