Richard went above and beyond any and all expectations. Westjet had ridiculous wait times (over 8 hours!!!) but him and Nurudeen are so dedicated and patient they waited and took care of everything even working late until after 9:30pm trying to get through to the airlines. These guys are remarkable and they will make sure you get the very best.

Nurudeen has been doing my travel for a number of years now, and I have always found him to be excellent! He truly went above and beyond to help me on my latest trip when I was stuck in London. He was available day and night, managed to find a route out, and his advice about where to try and where to avoid were spot on! Can't thank him enough! Highly recommend!!!

Nour is my travel expert in Asia.
He is a busy travel agent, but manages to always find time to chat in detail. It impresses me that he seems tireless in his search for great deals and options. He even remembers my preferences. I often have discounts on some travelling sites, but Nour somehow always tops my discounted price. I get to save my reward points for nicer hotels and longer stays instead. :)
The CHEAPEST flight I've ever paid for to travel half-way across the world and back...was through Nour. Incredible at first, but you've done it again!
