I've been with Prospera for close to 20 years. Their customer service has gone downhill over the last decade. They don't call back. Actually talking to someone at my home branch and getting answers is getting to be impossible. I used to be able to have a conversation with them and I felt like I was cared about. I would even recommend them to… others. But since they've merged with multiple other credit unions over the years it seems as though proper communication is not very important to them.
